Fully Booked Digital provides website design, hosting, and digital marketing services for small businesses and contractors on a monthly subscription basis. Service details are agreed upon during onboarding.
You may cancel your subscription at any time by contacting us. Upon cancellation, your website and associated services will be taken offline at the end of your current billing period. Your Google reviews and any content you provided remain yours.
We aim to have your website live within 48 hours of receiving your business information. Timelines may vary based on the complexity of your project and how quickly you provide required materials.
By submitting your phone number through our website or contact form, you agree to receive SMS messages from Fully Booked Digital related to your service. You may opt out at any time by replying STOP. Message and data rates may apply.
Content and designs created by Fully Booked Digital remain our property while your subscription is active. Upon cancellation, we retain the right to repurpose design templates. Any content you provide (logo, photos, text) remains yours.
Fully Booked Digital is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of our services. We do not guarantee specific results such as search ranking positions or lead volume.
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
